Coming In 2025 First In Finishing will start their very own training classes.
These training classes will be loaded with helpful information for small garage coaters to high production conveyer line coaters.

1 on 1 Training/Personal Training
For The past 3 years First In Finishing has been providing personal training for every manual system sold. This mean customers who buy either a Electron or Gema Manual system. They could come to First In Finishing to pickup there unit and save on shipping cost but also receive a complete equipment run down and spray parts with their new gun. All of the training when buying a new system is completely free.

First In Finishing also provides personal training over the powder coating process.

Travel Training Options
In Plant Training
First In Finishing offers in plant service. This includes traveling to your facility and training you and your employees directly with a more hands on experience.

This is very common with new equipment installation and equipment refurbishment. We like to show the best way to run the equipment in hopes for better product finish and improved efficiency.
​
We also provide stand alone equipment training, where we come in and show you the how to run your equipment more efficiently and explain how everything works. This is common with companies who hire new employees and need a professional to help explain how everything works.

Virtual Training
First In Finishing offers virtual training through a few different forms.
1.) Over the Phone help. We are happy to answer any questions you may have or even Factime/Zoom to help show certain aspects.

2.) Youtube. We have a lot of Youtube videos going over all sorts of information with Electron and powder coating in general. With our Youtube and Mason McClung Youtube, you should be able to hopefully find what your looking for.

3.) Facebook/Socials: First In Finishing uses there media platforms to help and show others the powder coating process. We also use Facebook groups to help others with their coating problems and troubleshoot potential equipment failures.
